Ollie Shipping Policy (Malaysia)

At Ollie, we want to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below for deliveries within Malaysia.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with reliable courier partners to deliver across Malaysia.

• West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days
  Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, sale periods, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Rates

• West Malaysia: Flat rate RM10
• East Malaysia: Flat rate RM20

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may request an additional shipping fee to resend the order.
