Refund policy
Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are only eligible if the goods you received were damaged or defective upon delivery.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us right away if there are any issues. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages & Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
At Ollie, we allow customers to exchange an item for another size, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items purchased during a sale (at discounted prices) are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are only permitted for products of the same price range.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please contact us at hd.garments25@gmail.com . If your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
